Join NowHip Extension
Position yourself on the Glute Ham Developer (GHD) so that your hips are just off the front edge of the pad. Secure your feet under the foot holds, with your legs straight. Cross your arms over your chest.
Hinge at the hips until your body forms a 90-degree angle at the hips, with your torso parallel to the floor.
Engage your glutes and hamstrings to lift your torso up to a horizontal position. Squeeze your glutes at the top, then repeat for the desired numbe r of reps.
